Cruise To Gain!

We’ve all heard about Cruises to Lose. How about a Cruise To Gain?

To gain empowerment. To gain insight. To gain knowledge and power to live a healthier, happier, and skinnier life. To gain a better understanding of what’s going on in the minds of your kids. An opportunity for kids to get together and learn and laugh about childhood obesity.

There will be something for everyone. It will be a cruise like no other and it’s happening in the summer of 2007.

It's all about positioning

Another weekend is upon us. Perhaps you’ll be at a picnic or BBQ?

Remember it’s all about positioning!

If you position yourself near the food, you’re positioning yourself to achieving a fat ass. If you position yourself near the fun, you’re positioning yourself for a SKINNY, happy, healthier future.

What’s your position on this matter?

It's coming! Rich on the go!

You asked for it and it is coming soon………………..very soon………………………An in-your-face weight loss audio program that says it like it is. An audio program that cuts to the heart of all the stupidity while providing practical and essential weight loss advice to get you skinny, keep you healthy, and get you happy. Take it in the car. Transfer it to your iPod. Take Rich with you wherever you go. Call it an anchor. Call it motivation. Call it fun. Call it “mean.” Call it truthful.

I’ll call it results oriented! You can call it your very own.

It’s coming soon……………..very soon. Get your plastic ready!

Put Your Picnic on Autopilot

Friday: The weekend is upon us. I am sitting here thinking about all the people who will be at my house tomorrow for the “family picnic.” There will be lots of food. There will lots of confusion. There will be lots of food. There will be lots of noise. My quiet world will be disrupted with children and grandchildren, and drunken cousins. There will be screaming; screaming because people can’t hear and refuse to go get a hearing aid. There will be lots of food; food that I normally do not serve; food that they all bring. Broccoli will be served in this absolutely disgusting casserole with cheese spread and crackers; a casserole that most think is gross, yet no one has the balls, guts, chutzpah to say so. I have. There will be lots of food; lots of nasty food.

Wait, they’re bringing the food. They’ll clean up at the end like they always do. There will be no reason for me to feel obligated to entertain. This is family and this picnic is going on autopilot! I’m spending my day in the lake. And maybe I’ll continue working on Tip #57 in my booklet 101 Weighs to Laugh Away the Pounds (www.richdigirolamo.com/products.html) the one about making a list of all the people who comment on your weight or eating habits. I’ll be having my own fun.

But let me ask you…………………….Are there occasions where putting your entertaining obligations on autopilot would help your weight loss and/or management? I’ll bet there are. Try it. Your waistline will like it.

Enjoy the weekend!
