Born to Be Free; Not Fat
So how is Salsa Month going for you? Have you done any experimenting with that side/condiment we call "free."
Do you or any dieters you know ever talk about "free" food? You hear or say things like "this food is free, it doesn't count, or I can have as much as I want."
Dieters seem to always be looking for free.
How about looking to "be" free? Perhaps being free of always looking for food - even the free stuff. Perhaps free of fat - and all those terrible feelings that go along with it.
Each day is your opportunity to be free; free from fat; free from this thing that holds you back from living - this thing we call being overweight or obese.
So today I challenge you to do something freeing. Here are some suggestions:
- Toss the fat clothes
- Take up a new exercise
- Say no to an offer for food
- Start planning that trip/vacation you've been wanting to take "when" you lose your weight. Pick the Date!!!!
- Start an herb or veggie garden. (Please do not include "that" herb)
