What a difference a day makes?

Saturday I'm eating barbecued pork loin, lemon pepper chicken, salad, salmon, chicken sausage, corn, fruit, hummus, brownies, and grilled green and yellow squash. Okay, I am not eating all of that, but those are my choices.

Sunday my choices are hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage patties, all kinds of mayonnaise salads, taco salad-dip surprise, cupcakes that could feed six, chips, chips, chips and dips.

I like it much better when I am in control of the menu. Makes it so much easier to stay in control.
