I need to:
- Make better choices (almost all the time)
- Keep a piece of fruit with me at all times
- Take a walk with my best friend(s) today
- Shop for Better Foods; regularly
- Dress to feel proud
- Eat at home more often
- Buy fruit, not fruit fillings
- Take an exercise class or exercise with a group
- Keep myself hydrated
- Read about nutrition
- Ask for help
- Hire a coach
- Form a support group
- Drink less alcohol
- Learn to cook; experiment with food
- Get off the damn computer already and go have some fun
- Quit looking for the easy way out
- Say No
- Stop telling people how fat you are
- Love and respect myself
That's it. It's simple. Can you do it?
