Exercise: The Charity Perspective

Do you give to charity? What do you give? Do you give money? Do you give time? Do you give clothing? Food?

How do you give to charity?

How about calories? Have you ever given calories to charity? Have you given excess fat to charity? Do you think cancer, diabetes, AIDS, MS, MD, or CP is in need of your spare tire, your flabby thighs or your third chin?

Calories? To charity? Is Rich nuts? (Don’t answer!)

But I am serious; there are so many charitable events out there that include running, biking, walking, swimming, and hiking. Imagine losing weight, toning up, getting skinny, becoming healthier and doing something noble.

Sound good?

Well then do something about it. Find an event. Register. And get your butt moving.
