Got the day off?

Hey it's a holiday here in the US - Martin Luther King Day.

Do you have the day off? If so how about researching a new recipe for a dinner very soon? When you finish reading this entry go do a search. Try something new this week. A new food. A new recipe. A new recipe using an old favorite. It's really easy, let's say your favorite food is chocolate. Just go to google and type lowfat chocolate recipes

Or perhaps research a new exercise or outdoor club that gathers in your area? Isn't it always good to find a great way to get moving?

So if you have the day off, commit to spending a little extra time on your weight efforts. And if you're working, do it anyway. Just don't get caught.
