Day 2 - Are you still on track?
It's Day 2; are you still on track? Did you get up at 4:00 AM to exercise at home or get to the gym? Did you pack your lunch? Did you already down 7 glasses of water? Was your breakfast just the lightest, lowest-fat thing you could find? Have you turned down any sweet that was offered to you? Have you had that little talk with yourself; you know the one; the one that includes the phrase (or something simliar to) "this time I'm going to do it."
Let me ask you three quick questions:
- Are you about to take the same approach you did the last time you tried to lose weight and keep it off?
- Did it work? That was the polite version. What I really wanted to say was "Are you still fat?"
- Do you think you should consider a different approach?
