The End of the Year as We Know It

So tell me, how do you typically end your year when it comes to dieting? Do you pack on the last ten pounds before 12-31? Do you work hard over the next several months to lose a few only to gain it back during November and December? Are you waiting for the New Year to start taking control of your life?

And will you be taking the same approach this year? Or is there something you can do today to change that pattern?

I’ll bet there is.
