How about a great steak marinade/rub today?

Marinade your favorite steak in a can of beer for a few hours. (pour the beer over the steak; do not try to fit the steak into the beer can.

Mix 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Rub mixture on the steak and toss on the grill. Delicious.
